BEUMER Group is an international leader in the manufacture of conveying and loading systems and provides their customers with extensive customer support.

About us

The BEUMER Group is an international leader in the manufacture of intralogistics systems for conveying, loading, palletising, packaging, sortation, and distribution. With 4,500 employees worldwide, the BEUMER Group has annual sales of about EUR 960 million. BEUMER Group and its group companies and sales agencies provide their customers with high-quality system solutions and an extensive customer support network around the globe and across a wide range of industries, including bulk materials and piece goods, food/non-food, construction, mail order, mail and airport baggage handling.

Even in times when often only the quick profit counts, we remain true to our motto: We are looking for the long-term success, not for the short-term profit.
That is what distinguishes the BEUMER Group, that is 'made different'.

Products and Services

Overland Conveyor:
Rough, mountainous and fragmented terrain with extreme differences in height is nothing our belt conveyors can’t handle. The routing of the belt conveyors is adapted to the geographic and topographic conditions by combining horizontal and vertical curves.

Pipe Conveyors:
BEUMER pipe conveyors are closed belt conveyors that reliably transport products that must be protected from external influences during transport – or transport products when the environment must be protected from dust.

Entire port terminals or a single barge loader – we offer the complete range of required equipment for the mining industry. Besides the conveying technology, we can supply the ship loading technology best suited for your task, be that a quadrant-type ship loader, a travelling ship loader with luffing and slewing gear or a barge loader with a telescopic conveyor.
Pipe Conveyor

The closed construction of pipe conveyors prevents losses of bulk material during transport – even when the route includes major inclines or tight curves. Downhill transport when the route includes major inclines can be used efficiently and economically for energy recovery. Our pipe conveyors permit these tight curve radii and steep angles of inclination, while doing away with transfer towers. This solution also allows two different materials to be transported in the upper and lower strands.

Overland Conveyor

Open troughed belt conveyors transport bulk goods for ore manufacturer quickly across large distances and rough terrain, e.g. from the quarry to the plant. The narrow curve radii and long centre distances permit large mass flows, particularly where heavy and solid materials are involved. This makes BEUMER troughed belt conveyors every bit as economical as they are flexible, and they pay for themselves quickly thanks to the low investment costs.

Ship Loader

The most common types of ship loaders are the stationary ship loader with telescopic boom, a ship loader with luffing and slewing gear and the ship loader with only a luffing gear. Due to space restrictions, it might be required that the ship loader is fed by a bucket elevator.
Depending on the material loaded, the standard troughed belt conveyor on the ship loader boom can also be replaced by a pneumatic conveying line or a screw conveyor.

U-Shape Conveyor
The U-shape conveyor allows the implementation of narrower curve radii than a troughed belt conveyor and higher mass flows than a pipe conveyor. At the same time and contrary to the troughed belt conveyor, it protects the material conveyed from environmental stress and the environment from material loss and emissions. Thus this u-shaped conveying solution has proven to be an ideal alternative in the mining industry as well as in port terminals if high capacity is required with little space available Further reading
