Products & Services
To define the most suitable equipment for each application, Haver & Boecker Niagara makes a detailed analysis of the process needs, such as material characteristics and installation layout. Haver & Boecker Niagara vibrating screens are divided into the following classes: XL-CLASS, N-CLASS, F-CLASS, T-CLASS, L-CLASS.
XL-Class VIBRATING SCREENS
The Niagara XL-Class vibrating screen combines advanced exciter drive technology with a wide body to offer producers high-capacity screening action up to 15,000 tons per hour. It is intended for high tonnage production rates, yet designed for low maintenance, easy operation and unmatched reliability.
PULSE OnLine Condition Monitoring (CM)
Similar to Pulse Vibration Analysis, the Pulse CM system analyzes data to help users get the most of their equipment. Unlike Pulse Vibration Analysis, Pulse CM uses predictive data and artificial intelligence to assist with maintenance and production planning, helping to prevent unwanted downtime or even catastrophic failures.
