The company was founded in Germany in 1975 by the brilliant engineer Hans-Otto Schwarze. Since then HOSCH is focused on the development, production,
sales and service of highly efficient conveyor belt cleaning systems which reduce the costs for the operator and considerably increase the efficiency of the plant.

HOSCH is a family owned business and with 19 own subsidiaries, the company offers a global range of consulting, sales and services. HOSCH has been dealing with the efficient cleaning of conveyor belts in the bulk material industry since 1975. The main products are so-called scrapers, which clean the conveyor belt of adhering bulk material after the material has been discharged. The inadequate cleaning of the conveyor belt has significant disadvantages. The bulk material is pulled back into the plant and causes contamination that has to be
removed by personnel. Damage to the structure and other parts of the system can also occur. Idlers get stuck and cause wear and possibly even damage to the conveyor belt due to friction. The use of an effective HOSCH scraper addresses those problems and counteracts unplanned plant downtimes. With 19 companies worldwide, the company offers consulting, sales and service capacities locally.

HOSCH Plough scrapers

Plough scrapers clean the conveyor belt‘s return side from spillage or falling objects. Therefore the plough scraper protects all drums from debris and foreign objects to avoid slippage, premature drum wear, mistracking and belt and drum damage.

Tracker Roller Systems

Belt misalignment is caused by the deflection of the belt transverse to the conveying direction, which leads to operational shutdowns as well as damage to the conveyor belt and other machine parts. The combination of effective belt cleaning with professional use of belt tracking units guarantees continuous operational reliability. For this purpose, HOSCH offers a wide range of tracker roller systems for belt widths of up to 2400 mm and speeds of maximum 6m/s, for both the top and return strand.
